Privacy policy
Draft for review: last updated October 2026.
What we publish
Group pages show organization-level information: name, unit number, city and state, meeting times and contact details the group has chosen to make public.
- Unclaimed pages are built from public directories. They never show officer or member names, personal email addresses, personal phone numbers or street addresses that may be someone's home.
- Claimed pages show only what the group's admins publish. Officers are listed only when an admin publishes them.
- Member rosters are a Pro feature. Each person must be individually marked public; nothing is shown by default.
Contact forms
Messages are forwarded privately to the address the group has verified. We never show that address to the sender. We keep a one-way hash of the sender's IP address to limit abuse, never the address itself. Messages are deleted after 180 days (30 days for spam).
Directory contacts
When we import public directories, contact details for officers are stored privately and used only to verify a claim (by sending a one-time code) or, rarely, to tell a group its page exists. Anyone can ask us to stop contacting them; we honor that permanently.
Accounts
We use email sign-in links, not passwords. We store your email, your sessions and an audit trail of changes you make to a page.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Requests
