A few of the things the post keeps on the calendar — Jaffrey, NH. These write-ups are sample stories, in the voice the post might use.
| Veteran support | Veterans | American Legion Post 11 John Humiston. Each year the post sets aside time for local veterans: a ride, a meal, or a quiet check-in after a hard week — Jaffrey, NH. |
| Honor detail | Veterans | When a local veteran is laid to rest, Post 11 sends an honor detail with the flag and a few Legionnaires who know the ceremony — Jaffrey, NH. |
| Community table | Community | Once a month the post sets a long table and feeds whoever comes, veterans first and neighbors welcome — Jaffrey, NH. |
