A few of the things the post keeps on the calendar — Wimbledon, ND. These write-ups are sample stories, in the voice the post might use.
| Veteran support | Veterans | American Legion Post 236 La Brash-Altringer. Each year the post sets aside time for local veterans: a ride, a meal, or a quiet check-in after a hard week — Wimbledon, ND. |
| Honor detail | Veterans | When a local veteran is laid to rest, Post 236 sends an honor detail with the flag and a few Legionnaires who know the ceremony — Wimbledon, ND. |
| Holiday drive | Community | Before the winter holidays, Post 236 fills the hall with gifts and groceries for local families — Wimbledon, ND. |
