A few of the things the post keeps on the calendar — KY. These write-ups are sample stories, in the voice the post might use.
| Community table | Community | Once a month the post sets a long table and feeds whoever comes, veterans first and neighbors welcome — KY. |
| Memorial observance | Veterans | The post leads a short observance each Memorial Day and again near Veterans Day — KY. |
| Veteran support | Veterans | Legion Department of Kentucky. Each year the post sets aside time for local veterans: a ride, a meal, or a quiet check-in after a hard week — KY. |
